Kanha-Med B2B Logistics Framework

Shipping & Dispatch Policy

Flexible, order-specific B2B fulfillment engineered around live inventory availability, optimal dispatch locations, destination logistics, and secure transit routes.

Order Verification Manual confirmation within 24 hours of placement
Fulfillment Model Tailored for Retailers, Wholesalers & Institutions
Freight Terms Standardized “To-Pay” / Freight-on-Delivery options
Important: Order-Specific Confirmation Commitment

Because Kanha-Med operates across multiple manufacturing, storage, and distribution nodes, we do not utilize rigid, one-size-fits-all delivery timelines. Every order is reviewed individually, and the exact dispatch schedule is manually confirmed within 24 hours of order placement (excluding official holidays).

Our Operational Shipping Model

At Kanha-Med, logistical routes are structured dynamically based on your buyer tier, order volume, product type, and geographical destination.

Rather than publishing generic delivery windows, our logistics desk coordinates directly with regional stock points and transport partners to ensure safe, secure, and cost-effective delivery for pharmaceutical and healthcare supplies.

Fulfillment Matrix by Buyer Tier

1

Retailer Orders

Local & Regional Supply

Fulfilled primarily via nearest regional hubs or authorized stock points for swift regional replenishment.

2

Wholesaler Orders

Pan-India Distribution

Managed through commercial transit networks with flexible pickup points tailored to your designated transporter.

3

Institutional Buyers

Bulk Direct Dispatch

Consignments move directly from primary manufacturing or bulk storage points to hospitals, corporations, or institutional facilities.

1. Retailer Fulfillment (Local & Regional)

Designed for fast local restocking. Dispatches originate from the closest available stocking node:

  • Nearby Kanha-Med supply depot
  • Regional storage partner network
  • Authorized local distribution partner

Timeline Notice: Timelines vary based on exact distance and stock location. Exact dispatch confirmation is sent within 24 hours.

2. Wholesaler Distribution (Pan-India)

Flexible dispatch channels designed for bulk commercial trade:

  • Direct pickup from designated logistics hubs
  • Handover to your nominated commercial transporter / Lorry Receipt (LR) agent
  • Commercial freight forwarding networks

3. Institutional & Third-Party Bulk Orders

Built for large-volume healthcare procurement, hospital networks, and corporate buyers. Transportation is arranged via surface freight, dedicated cargo vehicles, or verified Lr-network carriers with full tracking coordination.

3

4

4. Multi-Location & Split Dispatches

If an order contains items stocked across separate facilities, Kanha-Med may execute split shipments:

  • Consignments may arrive on different dates with separate tracking/LR identifiers.
  • You will be proactively notified if an order requires multi-point dispatch.

5. Freight & “To-Pay” (Freight-on-Delivery) Terms

For standard B2B and wholesale orders, Kanha-Med implements a “To-Pay” freight structure.

Actual shipping expenses depend on package weight, volumetric dimensions, total box count, and commercial carrier rates. Buyers settle freight charges directly with the transport or delivery partner upon arrival, as communicated during your 24-hour order confirmation.

6. Dispatch Notifications & Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking and transport credentials are shared directly via WhatsApp, email, or registered communication channels, including:

  • Transporter / Logistics Partner Name
  • Lorry Receipt (LR) or Waybill / Consignment Number
  • Package count and estimated arrival window

7. Important Delivery Disclaimer

Shipping timelines are professional estimates rather than guaranteed transit commitments. Deliveries may occasionally be influenced by external factors such as transporter schedules, inclement weather, holiday closures, or regional regulatory compliance checks.
